I sent an email to Starr Codd with a picture showing the hair I receive and complained that the curl pattern was not what I expected and the smell was awful. The email also included the type of curl pattern I wanted. She responded to the other emails but did not respond to the ones with the attached pictures. I wanted to return the hair I received for a tighter curly one. You cannot return the hair even if its in the same condition for a refund, so I just wanted to switch it out for something else. I'm starting to think they send you anything when they don't have in-stock what you are looking for. But they claim "its what you you ordered" The hair I received was a very loose wave, I wanted a tighter curl pattern hair.

The closure and bundle was wiry and had lost some of its curl pattern. It was very dried out. I've had this hair below and it normally have a natural luxury curl look and can hold up for months. This probably was some old hair sent to me in this order. I will order again and hope it will be fresher hair
OMG this was my first time buying this new Brazilian Glamorous hair from the site and I just wanted to try something different because that's just the type girl I am lol. Omg after my stylist washed it and colored the hair for me I must say it was the softest hair I ever felt that I put in my head. This is some 5 star hair I tell you and it is well worth it. No shedding or tangling and I love it , shoot I love y'all hair on regular lol and even my stylist and the whole salon wanted to know where did I get my bundles from and I have them y'all card that's how REAL it was. This hair just really so soft and so worth it.
